If you are interested in doing a project at the Biology Division of IISER Pune kindly look through the information listed below and apply accordingly.

1) Students must look up the details of the research conducted in the lab of his/her interest.
2) Once a researcher and student are mutually satisfied about working together, the principal investigator (PI) will forward the details of the student to the selection committee.
3) An interview is to be scheduled with a panel of 2-3 investigators from IISER Pune.
4) Selection is done bi-annually (Nov and Jun/Jul). Students are expected to start work by Jan and Aug respectively.
5) Projects are usually for a minimum of 6 months.
6) IISER cannot guarantee accommodation or a stipend. Students must consider the same when applying.

NOTE.

The selection interviews for Jan-2011 are scheduled for 10th Nov and 27th Nov, 2010.
