I am a condensed matter theorist working in the fields of strongly correlated quantum many body systems, statistical mechanics and critical phenomena focusing on questions in the contexts of fractional quantum Hall effect and various spin systems. I mostly use computational and semi-analytical approaches and am interested in design of algorithms to aid the study of interacting many body systems. To find more about my research please take a look at my publications list.

Currently, I am an assistant professor at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune (IISER-Pune). Previously, I worked at the Max Planck Institute for Physics of Complex Systems (MPI-PKS) in Dresden and Nordic Institute for Theoretical Physics (NORDITA) in Stockholm. I received my PhD in Physics from PennState and completed my undergraduate degree at IIT-Madras.
