Registrations for 'TA cloning: A simple subcloning strategy' workshops are now open. These are advanced, paid, hands-on two day long workshops for college students (B.Sc., M.Sc., PhD) and anyone interested.

Participants will clone a DNA fragment using TA cloning, make competent E-coli cells, transform cells, screen for recombinants using blue-white screening and confirm successful cloning by restriction analysis. Certificates will be provided after completion of the workshop. Timing will be from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on both days. 

1) Workshop Duration: Two days (Saturday-Sunday)

2) Dates: September 20-21, 27-28, 2025  and Otober 11-12, 18-19, 2025

3) Venue: G1 Lab 304, IISER Pune campus

4) Registration fees: INR 5192/- (including 18% GST)
