Career Development and Placement Cell (CDPC) at IISER Pune offers an array of services to support student success and well-being. At the CDPC, we help navigate the career trajectory of students through various activities and develop students' employability as well as technical and academic skills. 

The CDPC aims to: 

• Help students identify and articulate their core career interests, skills, and strengths, and in turn, expand their career horizon 
• Guide them on how to make a start, revisit and reflect on their career ideas
• Develop their skills in an applied, real-world setting, through various programmes
• Share with them the latest career opportunities
• Apprise them of useful events/competitions organized by other organisations
