IISER Pune has received an endowment fund of Rs. 5.0 lakhs from Integrated Decisions and Systems (India) Private Limited (IDeaS), an information technology company at Cyber City, Pune. The fund has been given under their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme and will be used to give scholarships to meritorious IISER Pune students who have achieved academic excellence. 
The agreement for the endowment was signed by Prof. Jayant Udgaonkar (Director, IISER Pune) and Mr. Prashant KS (Managing Director, IDeaS) on March 15, 2018.
