Dr. Venketeswara Pai R., Associate Professor in the Humanities and Social Sciences Department at IISER Pune, has been selected to receive the Mahakavi Kalidas Sanskrit-Vrati National Award in the Young Scholar category for the year 2022.
Presented to scholars in recognition of their work towards propagation, research and development in Sanskrit, this award is conferred by Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Ramtek in collaboration with Pandit Ramnarayan Sharma Vaidya Ayurvedic Research Trust, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation and District Administration, Nagpur.
