CRSI Bronze Medals to Srabanti Chaudhury and R. Boomi Shankar

Dr. Srabanti Chaudhury and Prof. R. Boomi Shankar are among those selected to receive the Bronze Medals of the Chemical Research Society of India for 2022. The Bronze Medal of CRSI honors young researchers for their contributions to research in chemistry.

The CRSI, a premier professional chemical society of India, was established in 1999 with an objective to facilitate and promote research and education in all branches of chemistry. The Society organises symposia, conferences and events and annually gives awards, including gold, silver and bronze medals in recognition of excellence in the field of chemistry.

Dr. Srabanti Chaudhury studies stochastic fluctations in biology and chemical physics using the concepts of statistical mechanics. Prof. R. Boomi Shankar's research is on main group elements and their applications in the domain of supramolecular and materials chemistry. 

We congratulate Dr. Chaudhury and Prof. Boomi Shankar on this recognition and wish further success in future!
