Titled "Bhāskarācārya's  Siddhāntaśiromaṇi – Grahagaṇita with the Vāsanābhāṣya", this book is a translation, from Sanskrit to English, of Siddhantasiromani composed in 1150 CE by the mathematician-astronomer Bhaskaracharya in Sanskrit.  Grahaganita is one section of the original Siddhantasiromani with 460 verses and Vāsanābhāṣya is a commentary by Bhaskaracharya included in the same book.

The present book, by Dr. Pai and co-authors, translates both of these sections into English along with explanatory notes. Furthermore, this is the first time Vāsanābhāṣya is being translated into English, making it accessible to a wider audience.
